Healthy Diet
There are two significant positive effects of having healthy diet on our body and mind. First of all, if people have a balanced menu, organs will be nourished enough amount of sugar, fats, minerals, carbohydrates etc so immune system is stronger. Consequently, our body is protected from diseases. Secondly, if people eat healthy food such as fish, nuts, vegetables, fruit; nerve cells will be affected positively. For this reason, nerveous system works better. Thus, people may have a strong memory. In conclusion, people should have a healthy diet for our body and mind.
